Acceptable Use Policy

You may upload, clone, process, or generate audio using only:

• your own voice; or
• a voice for which you have obtained explicit, informed, and lawful permission from the speaker, together with all licenses, consents, and other rights required for your intended use.

You are responsible for retaining evidence of the speaker's permission and the scope of the authorization you received. VoiceMax may request reasonable evidence of consent or authorization when investigating suspected misuse, complaints, or rights violations.

The fact that a recording is publicly accessible does not mean that you have permission to clone, imitate, process, or commercially use the speaker's voice.

You may not use VoiceMax to clone, imitate, or impersonate another person without their explicit permission.

You may not use the Service to misleadingly impersonate or falsely represent:

• a celebrity, public figure, political candidate, government official, or public authority;
• a company, financial institution, employee, executive, or customer-support representative;
• a family member, colleague, client, professional adviser, or other private individual;
• a copyrighted character, protected performance, or other protected identity.

You may not falsely claim or imply that generated audio is authentic, was recorded by another person, or represents that person's endorsement, opinion, instruction, or approval.

You may not use VoiceMax to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

• fraud, scams, phishing, extortion, identity theft, or financial deception;
• social-engineering attacks or fraudulent customer-support communications;
• fake emergency calls, fabricated evidence, or false official communications;
• deceptive robocalls or misleading political communications;
• false endorsements, fake testimonials, or fabricated statements attributed to another person;
• misinformation, disinformation, or deceptive deepfake audio;
• attempts to bypass voice authentication, biometric verification, account security, or other access controls.

You may not use VoiceMax to create, upload, process, or distribute content that:

• violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or third-party rights;
• facilitates or encourages illegal activity;
• is sexually exploitative, pornographic, or non-consensual;
• involves the sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of minors;
• is threatening, harassing, hateful, violent, defamatory, or intended to intimidate another person;
• encourages self-harm, suicide, violence, or harm to other people;
• invades another person's privacy, data-protection, publicity, personality, or likeness rights;
• infringes intellectual-property, contractual, confidentiality, or proprietary rights;
• is intended to deceive listeners about a person's identity, authority, participation, or consent.

Voice Design is intended to create original synthetic voices that are not deliberately based on a specific real person.

You may not deliberately prompt, configure, or use Voice Design to reproduce the recognizable voice or identity of a specific real person, celebrity, public figure, political figure, copyrighted character, or protected performer without lawful authorization.

You must not market, publish, or distribute a synthetic voice in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with, authorization from, or endorsement by another person or organization.

Commercial-use rights included in a paid VoiceMax plan do not grant you ownership of another person's voice, identity, likeness, recording, performance, trademark, or intellectual property.

Before commercially publishing or distributing generated audio, you must ensure that:

• you have all necessary rights to the source recording, reference voice, text, and generated output;
• the speaker has authorized the intended commercial use where a real person's voice is involved;
• the content complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, contracts, and industry requirements;
• the content does not mislead listeners regarding the identity, participation, authorization, or endorsement of the speaker.

You may not:

• upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
• attack, disrupt, probe, overload, or interfere with the Service, its servers, security controls, or networks;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or multiple accounts to abuse the Service or evade usage, account, or payment limits;
• circumvent safety controls, content restrictions, authentication requirements, or access restrictions;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, copy, or attempt to reproduce protected software, models, systems, or other Service components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• sell, transfer, lease, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to a VoiceMax account;
• use VoiceMax in a manner that exposes users, VoiceMax, or its payment and technology partners to legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk.

You are responsible for all text, recordings, voice samples, prompts, scripts, generated audio, and other content you submit to or create through VoiceMax.

VoiceMax does not grant permission to use any third-party voice, recording, identity, likeness, or intellectual property. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and properly authorized.

If you publish or share generated audio, you should clearly disclose that the audio was generated or modified using AI when such disclosure is required by law, platform policy, contract, or the context necessary to avoid misleading listeners.

VoiceMax may investigate suspected violations of this Policy, including reports of unauthorized voice cloning, impersonation, fraud, infringement, or other misuse.

Where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may:

• block or reject a generation request;
• remove, restrict, or disable access to content or voice models;
• request evidence of identity, consent, licensing, or authorization;
• restrict, suspend, or terminate an account;
• revoke access to affected features or generated content;
• preserve relevant records where permitted or required by law;
• cooperate with affected individuals, rights holders, payment partners, service providers, platforms, or lawful authorities.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice where permitted by law.

• the relevant URL, account, project, or generated content;
• a description of the suspected violation;
• your relationship to the affected voice, content, or rights;
• evidence supporting your report;
• your contact information for follow-up.

We may request additional information to evaluate and respond to a report.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable laws, safety requirements, or third-party platform and payment-partner requirements.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, account interface, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of VoiceMax after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
